Terms of Service

Welcome to Minted Valley's Beta Launch!

By signing up to Minted Valley's Beta Launch, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

‍

Verification Process

To be eligible for any prize, you must complete the verification process. This includes providing a valid form of identification. Verification must be provided within 14 days of being requested. Failure to provide verification may result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.

‍

One Account Per Person

Users must sign up to the Minted Valley Launch using a valid email address. Must provide accurate and complete information during sign-up. Only one account per person is allowed. Anyone found creating multiple accounts will be disqualified and publicly shamed (just kidding, but seriously don't do it).

‍

Eligibility

To participate in the Beta Launch, you must be 18 years or older and reside in the United Kingdom. Each entry will be assigned a distinct entry code that will be logged into our draw database. Our system will utilise a randomised data engine to select a winning entry code, and the name of the winner will be revealed on the first Friday following our early user launch in August 2023. Sorry to our international friends, but we'll come to you soon!

‍

Prize

Prizes will be awarded to eligible users selected at random from all entries received. The amount and nature of the prize will be specified in the prize draw announcement. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other item. The winner will be notified by the registered email within 14 days of the draw.

‍
